POPULAR Nigerian Disc Jockey (DJ), Florence Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy, has disclosed that she got engaged to her fiance, Ryan Taylor, two days after meeting him.

Cuppy, speaking on a radio interview, stated that the engagement was quick and she only got to know about her lover after the proposal.

“I got engaged in November after two days. The two days came into play because it was so quick. And you get to know the person after,”

she said.

  In November 2022, the daughter of Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, broke the Internet with the news of her engagement, sharing the videos and photos of her engagement by her European boyfriend surfaced online with several congratulatory wishes.

In the video, Cuppy was seen hugging and kissing the boxer after he popped the “Will-You-Marry-Me” question to her on stage, to which she replied “Yes,” followed by rounds of emotional kisses on stage.

Speaking on getting engaged with Ryan, she said: “I got engaged in November. After two days. The two days thing comes into play with us because it was so quick, you get to know the person after. I was like, so where do you live, fiancé? He was like, ‘in Dubai.”

Earlier in July 2022, Cuppy bemoaned that she could afford to travel to the best places in the world, lamenting, however, that despite how rosy her life looked, she seemed not to have got it right when it came to relationships.

On different occasions, she had spoken out about waiting for the right person, and when her younger sister, Temi, got engaged, she stated that she couldn’t also wait to have that experience.

  Temi is engaged to her age-long boy friend, Mr. Eazi.
