THE Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has scheduled Monday, May 8, 2023 for the hearing of the petitions challenging the declaration of Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the President-elect.

Monday’s hearing was a pre-hearing session to clarify if there were any applications before the main hearing starts.

The timetable would be scheduled for the hearing of the substantive matters.
