THE Delta State Police Command has advised indigenes of the state who successfully completed the online registration for the ongoing 2022 recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) as Police Constables to take note of the Automated Physical/Credentials Screening Exercise holding between January 8 and 29 at 07am daily.
A statement by the Command spokesman, Mr. Bright Edafe, advised applicants to visit- https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng- to print out their invitation slips before going for screening on their scheduled dates as indicated in the print-out.
The venue is the Cenotaph Parade Ground, Asaba.
All applicants are to appear in their clean White T-shirts and shorts, with the following mandatory basic screening requirements neatly arranged in two white flat files, with a recent passport-sized photograph attached:
i.Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government-recognised hospital
ii.Evidence of good character from village/district head of the applicant
iii.Certificate of Origin duly signed by the local government chairman or secretary
iv.National Identity Number (NIN) – slip print-out
v.Original and duplicate copies of credentials O’ Level result(s), birth certificate/declaration of age
vi.Print-out of application form
vii.Duly completed guarantor’s form
viii. Invitation slip
The statement said any candidate who fails to present the above items would not be considered for screening.
Applicants are equally advised to pay attention to their scheduled date and time, other details and specific guidelines on the screening exercise.
The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Wale Abass, the statement noted, while wishing applicants the best of luck, also advises them to be wary of online impostors, fraudsters and other criminal elements that might want to take advantage of the recruitment process to swindle innocent applicants.
He assured the public that the entire exercise would be conducted in line with the professional guidelines of the NPF and it is completely free.
