*Says May Not Share Marriage With The World
NIGERIAN singer and actor, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has clarified that the recent online images of him and a woman, speculated to be his wife and taken during their engagement, were part of a photoshoot project, featuring wedding themes, not an actual wedding ceremony.
In his reaction to marriage rumour over the photos, Falz, in a video on his Instagram account, joking said that when he eventually decides to get married, people may not even take him seriously.
He also stressed that he was not under any obligation to share personal milestones with the public, adding that while he values his privacy, he hasn’t completely ruled out the possibility of making his marriage public, if love compels him to.
“When everybody realised I wasn’t really married, people kept saying it’s a case of the boy who cried wolf. Maybe when I do get married, nobody will care.
“It is bold of you to actually assume that if I’m actually getting married, I will share it. But you never know. I might be so in love and just feel like I want the world to know. Best of luck and stay tuned. Thanks and God bless.”
