Tinubu Appoints Daughter’s Husband FHA MD

PRESIDENT Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Oladimeji Ojo as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Federal Housing Authority (FHA).

   Ojo, who represented Ekiti West/Ijero/Efon Federal Constituency of Ekiti State in the House of Representatives, is married to Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the Iyaloja of Lagos and daughter of the President.

    The appointment of Ojo and other executive management teams of parastatals under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development was announced in a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Thursday, February 15.

    The statement said the appointments were part of a holistic approach to repositioning the national housing and urban development sector to meet the present and future needs of Nigerian families nationwide.

   Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has Mr. Shehu Usman Osidi as Managing Director/ CEO, with Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan as Executive Director (Finance and Corporate Services); Mr. Muhammad Sani Abdu, Executive Director (Loans and Mortgage Services) and Ms. Chinenye Anosike

As Executive Director (Business Development and Portfolios). 

   Apart from Ojo, the FHA has Mr. Mathias Terwase Byuan as Executive Director (Housing Finance and Accounts); Mr. Umar Dankane Abdullahi, Executive Director (Business Development);  Mr. Oluremi Omowaiye, Executive Director (Project Implementation) and  Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etok, Executive Director (Estate Services).
