THE leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has called on the government to take a cue from Ibadan explosion and take necessary measures to prevent further fire explosions, gas leakage and other unexpected explosions in the country.
Ayodele said there are spiritual revelations that the government must work assiduously to prevent further explosions in the country and curb insecurity in Abuja, so as not to cause it what it does not expect.
“There is going to be fire explosions, gas leakage and unexpected explosions. We need to pray against that from happening in the northern parts of the country, Abuja and some southern parts of Nigeria.
“Government must take measures now against banditry, herdsmen and armed robbers, so that there would be peace. There are so many states that would face insecurity, such as Sokoto, Kaduna, Taraba, Niger, Plateau, Abia, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Edo, Adamawa states and Abuja. All these places need a very serious and security guidance this year,” he warned.
In the area of the economy, he charged government to do a lot, warning that Nigeria would borrow and its external debt profile would increase, adding that workers’ salaries would not be enough for them and this would cause some kind of tribulation.
He stressed the need for serious and concerted efforts by government to fight insecurity and hardships that the people are going to experience this year, noting: “Some banks are going to collapse in the process.
“So, Nigeria needs a lot of prayers to put our house in order, in terms of security and economy, so that people would not protest over the economy problems that Nigeria would face.”
